This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Job Overview
As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for key clients, working to understand their needs, manage their expectations, and proactively drive their success. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Act as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, developing strong and trusted relationships.
Plan, prioritize and implement marketing campaigns, including branding and identity, paid advertising, SEO, content creation, social, lifecycle, PR and more.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, successful project delivery in alignment with client needs and objectives.
Analyze account performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes and maximize growth.
Maintain up-to-date records of account activities, progress, and deliverables.
Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and clear communication.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, ideally at an agency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Experience in SEO, paid advertising, data analysis, and the management of brand projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Bonus
Familiarity with digital marketing services specific to the AEC industry.
Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.
A proactive attitude with a desire to innovate and improve client processes.
Salary
Bottom of salary range $71,037 – Top of salary range $86,823
