Job Description
Innovative Partnerships Group is looking for innovative thinkers to join our 2026 Internship Program. Candidates must have a business‑minded approach with a versatile skill set, strong instincts, and a ‘get stuff done’ mindset. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with all Innovative Partnerships Group studios (Consultative Business Development, Valuation & Consulting, Creative Solutions, Partnership Solutions and IP & Asset Creation).

Job Duties
Provide support to the business development team, including sales pipeline updates, profiling, meeting prep, and prospect identification.
Support internal needs such as notetaking, new business proposals, partnership proposals, and strategic brainstorming sessions.
Work closely with the IPG team to build customized partnership proposals and presentations that fit prospective companies’ target demographics, key markets, specific needs, and budget options.
Collaborate with business development team members to identify new prospects and targets for sponsorships and partnerships with our marquee clients across sports, esports, entertainment, music, healthcare, and technology.
Ensure all client touch points are prepared for and professionally coordinated (pre‑meeting preparation, meeting management, post‑meeting communication/action plan, timeline management, and deliverables tracking).
Assist in managing CRM (Salesforce) and contact databases.
Assist in maintaining and updating sales materials as needed.
Provide market and industry research assistance.
Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor.
Observe meetings and learn.
Required Skills
3.0 GPA
Passion for sports and entertainment
Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, Pages, and Keynote
Strong writing and research skills
