The Partnership Sales Manager position is an opportunity to have ownership and autonomy with the guidance and support of the entire underdog & Co. team.
The ideal candidate is a proactive dealmaker who can strategically prospect, conduct outreach, build strong relationships, and have a meaningful impact on our client’s business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new partners on behalf of our growing client base
Manage the partnership sales cycle from prospecting to proposal creation to contract execution with support from VP
Negotiate partnership terms, sponsorship packages, and revenue agreements with support from VP
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients and partners
Maintain thorough communication and reporting with both VP and clients
Collaborate within internal teams to facilitate company-wide growth
Represent underdog & Co. in meetings, networking events, and industry conferences
Build and track robust pipeline activity and partnership performance
Stay updated on client industry news and trends
Who You Are
2–5 years of experience in
partnership sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
Proven track record of closing partnership or sponsorship deals
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience working with a portfolio of clients is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
