Key Responsibilities Source qualified new business development opportunities for the team Complete extensive research on companies while building a strong pipeline of qualified targets across industries Build relationships with “C Suite” executives High volume warm and cold outreach by phone, email and/or social media Set appointments with qualified target companies Support the pitch team prior to and during those initial presentations Participate in and support all prospect interactions throughout the sales process Support the account management team on client accounts Shadow Senior brokers and assist/participate in transaction work and client satisfaction Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of B2B Sales experience with a track record of success and quota achievement An active Real Estate Sales Agent License is required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles, calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) Other Skills & Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information Strong presentation skills Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients Ability to multi‑task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload Understanding of and commitment to client services. Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments. A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment Physical Requirements Involves work of a general office nature with minimal travel possible Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/scanner Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand.
