Assist in drafting marketing materials, pitch decks, and responses to RFPs Prepare content for industry rankings and directory submissions Maintain and update professional bios, accolades, and practice-related marketing content Conduct market, client, and competitive research; prepare briefing materials for meetings Track pitches, proposals, and related activity within internal systems and report on outcomes Support development of client communications, including alerts and newsletters Manage CRM data, including client profiles, contact lists, and reporting Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and support business development opportunities Coordinate logistics and materials for events, webinars, seminars, and conferences Assist with budget tracking, onboarding support, and other business development initiatives Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role within professional services (law firm experience strongly preferred) Experience supporting pitch materials, proposals, or RFP responses Experience maintaining marketing content, including bios, practice descriptions, or similar materials Experience conducting market or client research and preparing reports Experience coordinating events, webinars, or similar initiatives Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
