We are seeking a motivated and creative Travel Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will help promote travel experiences, destinations, and vacation packages through digital marketing strategies, content creation, and client engagement.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, marketing, and working in a collaborative remote environment. You will assist with marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand outreach designed to attract and engage travelers.
Key Responsibilities Develop and support digital marketing campaigns that promote travel experiences, destinations, and vacation packages
Create engaging marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and online promotions
Assist with promoting travel deals, packages, cruises, and destination experiences
Monitor marketing campaign performance and help optimize campaigns using data and analytics
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the travel industry
Coordinate with team members and travel suppliers to ensure marketing materials remain accurate and up to date
Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels
Support lead generation efforts by engaging potential travelers and responding to inquiries
Marketing specialists in travel often work across multiple channels—including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and website content—to ensure campaigns reach potential travelers effectively.
Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, or content marketing
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using email, marketing tools, and online platforms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Interest in travel, tourism, and destination promotion
Preferred but not required
Experience with social media marketing or content creation
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or email marketing software
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, marketing, or customer service
