
Marketing Intern

As the Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Home category team executing new product launches and campaigns across the Benelux and Nordics region, as well as supporting some cross-category retail activation initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring every campaign is seamless, compelling, and true to Dyson’s innovation-driven storytelling. Key Responsibilities Commercial Planning Support the promotional plans for our Home category across the Benelux and Nordics region (Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland)
Maintain a promotional calendar for 6 different markets in 4 different currencies
Support with the pricing changes and local currency adaptations
Support the sales teams with the necessary material to support sell-in
Coordinate channel-specific sellout initiatives between different key accounts
Ensure project timelines and objectives are met
Asset Creation Support the Category Specialist with producing assets for all the marketing campaigns that are running in the region (Retail/TV/Digital/OOH – in different languages).
Work with the media team to ensure smooth transition and delivery of assets for timely campaigns
Market & Competition Analysis Continuously monitor and analyse market and consumer trends (leveraging data from GfK and BHI).
Gather and provide feedback on trends, product positioning, competitive activity, and pricing to inform business impact assessments.
Produce ongoing campaign reports, performance analysis, and KPI measurement
POS Strategy & Enhancement Develop and implement in-store POS strategies aimed at enhancing the shopper experience and ensuring relevance to local consumer needs.
Regularly analyse the performance and effectiveness of current POS materials and displays.
Collaborate with merchandisers to gather feedback and insights from the field, and connect with retail counterparts in other markets to share best practices and stay informed of global trends. Leverage this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate POS solutions, ensuring Dyson remains at the forefront of in-store engagement.
This is a full time, 6 months contract.
