This role will start as on-site for the first 2 months to ensure a strong onboarding experience and close team collaboration. Following that period, the role is expected to transition into a hybrid schedule, depending on performance and business needs. As TikTok Shop continues to reshape the future of social commerce, we are looking for a performance-driven, entrepreneurial TikTok Shop Growth Strategist / Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will lead growth strategy and execution for TikTok Shop brand accounts, with a strong focus on GMV growth, creator performance, affiliate activation, content strategy, and client success . You will work cross-functionally with internal teams across creators, affiliates, livestreams, and creative operations to build scalable campaigns that deliver strong business results. Key Responsibilities Own TikTok Shop growth strategy for assigned brand accounts with a focus on GMV, margin, ROI, and long-term account growth Serve as a key client-facing partner while translating business goals into actionable TikTok Shop strategies Build and optimize affiliate, creator, and content strategies to drive scalable sales performance Identify, activate, and optimize high-performing creators and affiliates based on content performance, conversion potential, and campaign goals Monitor and analyze account performance across key metrics such as GMV, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPM, and creator efficiency Turn performance insights into strategic recommendations across creator mix, commission structure, content direction, and campaign execution Partner with internal creative, livestream, and operations teams to ensure strong campaign execution and continuous optimization Support creator briefing, content testing, offer strategy, and performance iteration to improve efficiency and scale winning outputs Proactively identify account growth opportunities and solve execution challenges in a fast-paced environment Maintain strong day-to-day communication with clients while ensuring alignment on priorities, performance, and next-step strategy What you'll need to thrive 1–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem , including creators, affiliates, content performance, and conversion drivers Proven ability to drive measurable growth through creator campaigns, affiliate activations, paid/organic content, or performance-led strategies Strong analytical mindset with comfort using metrics such as GMV, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPM , and related performance indicators Experience managing multiple accounts, campaigns, or projects in a fast-moving environment Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work both externally with clients and internally across teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency Passion for social commerce, creator-led growth, and emerging e-commerce trends Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience working with TikTok Shop brands, agencies, creator networks, or affiliate programs Experience scaling performance through creator sourcing, creator briefing, content testing, or affiliate incentives Familiarity with livestream, creator operations, or social commerce campaign execution Experience working in a high-growth agency, startup, or performance-driven e-commerce environment Why Join Influu Work directly with leading TikTok Shop brands and creators across global markets Gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing sectors in e-commerce Join a high-performance, ambitious, and entrepreneurial team Build deep expertise across creator growth, affiliate strategy, performance marketing, and client strategy Opportunity for strong career growth, ownership, and impact in a rapidly scaling business #J-18808-Ljbffr
