
Account Executive - IVIG

Overview Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact—while also crushing your sales goals? As an IVIG Sales Rep, you'll have the unique opportunity to do both. This role combines strategic territory growth with the ability to directly influence patient outcomes by supporting access to life-enhancing therapies.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Charge: Own your territory, driving business growth for IVIG and specialty infusion therapies.
Be Strategic: Build and execute a territory plan that targets the right accounts based on referral potential, profitability, and service opportunities.
Grow Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff across specialties like neurology, immunology, and rheumatology.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with clinical and operations teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Leverage Data: Use tools like Salesforce and market insights to identify opportunities and stay a step ahead of the competition.
Manage Accounts Like a Pro: Track activities, set clear objectives, and stay focused on results that matter—referrals and revenue.
Who You Are:
Experienced: You’ve spent at least 2 years in healthcare or IVIG sales and know how to navigate complex conversations in the medical space.
Persuasive & Personable: Strong communicator who’s confident presenting solutions and building trust with decision-makers.
Self-Driven: Motivated, focused, and independent—you know how to manage your time and your goals.
Tech-Smart: Comfortable using CRM platforms (bonus points for Salesforce) and confident interpreting data to make informed decisions.
Adaptable & Professional: You’re sharp, coachable, and thrive in a fast-moving, patient-centered environment.
