The beautiful AC Hotel by Marriott in downtown Greenville is looking for a creative, organized, and hospitality-minded Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate the online presence of AC Hotel and its restaurant and bar concepts: Juniper, The Press Room, Paloma, Seratonic, and Oak & Honey. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves storytelling, and understands how to connect brands with their audience in an authentic way.
Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute social media schedulesacross all platforms for each brand
Manage and upkeep all social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and messaging
Create and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and event promotions
Collaborate closely with our photographer/videographerto plan and execute content shoots
Be an active participant in on-site events, activations, and meetingsto capture real-time content
Monitor and respond to DMs and comments in a timely, professional manner
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Assist with campaign planning, promotions, and special announcements as needed
Track performance and provide basic insights on engagement and growth
Qualifications Previous experience managing social media for hospitality, lifestyle, or food & beverage brands preferred
Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events when needed
Creative eye for content and storytelling
Comfortable working collaboratively with marketing, operations, and creative teams
