Initio Capital is building a best-in-class revenue organization and is hiring senior, full-cycle Account Executives to own complex, high-value deals end-to-end across multiple revenue-producing business lines, including capital advisory, private funding solutions, and AI-powered growth infrastructure .
This role is designed for elite closers who want true ownership, modern leverage, and long-term upside—not transactional selling or bureaucratic sales environments.

The Role: True Full-Cycle Ownership As a Full-Cycle Account Executive at Initio Capital, you will own the entire commercial lifecycle of your deals—from first discovery to close, expansion, and long-term account value.
You will work a blend of qualified inbound opportunities, SDR-generated meetings, and self-sourced pipeline , selling consultatively to founders, executives, and decision-makers.
This is not a handoff-heavy AE role. You are accountable for pipeline, process, and revenue .
What You’ll Own (End-to-End) Run executive-level discovery to diagnose capital, growth, and operational gaps
Position and close multi-product, high-ticket solutions
Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Drive self-sourced pipeline in addition to inbound and SDR support
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline against revenue targets
Partner with internal teams to ensure clean onboarding and expansion
You are selling strategic outcomes , not one-off services.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+
Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions
