Business Development Representative – Cybersecurity (Hybrid, Colorado) We’re representing a fast‑growing cybersecurity company delivering enterprise‑grade protection and compliance solutions to SMBs across defense and regulated industries. The team is expanding and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth and identify new business opportunities. What You’ll Do Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads. Engage decision‑makers to build awareness of cybersecurity and compliance solutions. Support Account Executives with pipeline development and sales enablement. Learn consultative sales techniques and progress within a high‑performance team. What You Bring 1–3 years in tech or cybersecurity sales (SDR/BDR experience preferred). Strong communication, curiosity, and drive to exceed targets. Self‑starter with a growth mindset and team‑player attitude.
