About This Role We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive new business growth in the SMB segment. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to SMB clients
Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and consultative selling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
