Overview As a Junior Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving GQR Healthcare’s growth by identifying high-potential hospitals and healthcare systems through strategic outreach and research. You’ll build detailed profiles of organizations and key decision-makers to guide targeted engagement, schedule discovery calls, and support the proposal and RFP processes. By analyzing client staffing needs, you’ll help tailor nursing and allied health solutions—fueling the sales pipeline and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities Identify high-potential hospitals and healthcare systems through strategic outreach and research
Build detailed profiles of organizations and key decision-makers
Guide targeted engagement, schedule discovery calls, and support proposal and RFP processes
Analyze client staffing needs to tailor nursing and allied health solutions
Contribute to fueling the sales pipeline and establishing long-term partnerships
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or B2B sales development
Strong communication skills and a self-driven, detail-oriented work ethic
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
Collaborative mindset with a professional and positive attitude; bachelor’s degree preferred
