Role Summary This role supports the execution and scaling of Lambrecht Auction’s organic marketing channels. It is a hands-on position focused on producing, managing, and optimizing customer-facing marketing across email, SMS, social, and short-form video, while maintaining brand trust through real, human-led content. The role reports directly to the Marketing Director and is designed to take ownership of defined execution areas, support consistent day-to-day output, and help extend our organic presence into additional channels. Core Responsibilities Execute communications across organic email and SMS Create and schedule organic social media posts Produce short‑form video content (YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, TikTok) Cross‑post and optimize video content across platforms Own creative production/post‑production, including basic video editing, image creation, and email template design Support email/sms onboarding flows, lifecycle automation, and drip campaigns Maintain analytics tracking across organic touchpoints (work in coordination with analytics team) Reputation management (comments, messages, and reviews) Use AI tools for ideation, drafting, and efficiency while ensuring customer‑facing content remains human‑led What This Role Is Not This is not an entry‑level role and not a pure manager role. It is a senior execution role with growing technical depth. Not a purely AI‑generated content role Not an SEO role Not a strategy‑only role Not a passive scheduling or posting position This role involves strategy, execution and quality control - directly tied to business outcomes. Skills and Experience 4-8 years of experience owning social, email, and SMS channels Experience creating short‑form video for social platforms Strong understanding of organic social media best practices Experience using AI tools to support creative workflows Ability to manage multiple deadlines tied to auction schedules Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in fast‑paced cycles Familiarity with analytics tracking and basic attribution concepts Compensation Base salary: $65,000 - $71,000 (depending on experience) Additional performance based compensation Health Insurance + PTO A fast-moving, no-politics culture that values execution over red tape Professional development opportunities as we scale into new markets Work Location Preference for local candidates Open to remote candidates for the right fit (Must be Eastern Time Zone) Remote role requires up to four onsite visits per year (quarterly) Open to hybrid arrangements for local hires Why This Role Exists Organic marketing channels are becoming increasingly important to revenue growth and now warrant dedicated ownership and focus.
