About the Role
The Marketing & Brokerage Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the brokerage team through marketing, listing management, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Listing Management
Create property marketing flyers for new listings and manage ongoing edits and updates
Maintain and update the company’s master property listing spreadsheet and ensure all listings are accurate and current across company platforms including the website, LoopNet, and Crexi
Design and coordinate production of signage for new listings, including installation scheduling
Digital Marketing & Communications
Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including capturing and posting content from networking events, property tours, new property photography/videography, store openings, and other on-site opportunities as applicable
Schedule and distribute property email marketing campaigns
Broker Support
Assist brokers with proposal documents, presentations, and marketing materials
Conduct quarterly check-ins with brokers to ensure listing information and marketing materials are current
Meetings & Internal Coordination
Coordinate monthly broker meetings including scheduling, communication, and presentation preparation
Maintain and update company marketing materials including one-pagers, proposal templates, and company profiles
Administrative & Office Support
Assist with answering phones and monitoring voicemail when needed
Event Coordination
Coordinate in-office and off-site events to support broker networking and property promotion as needed
Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience with marketing materials, presentations, and social media platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience in commercial real estate marketing or brokerage support preferred but not required
Familiarity with commercial real estate listing platforms (LoopNet, Crexi)
Graphic design or marketing software experience
GIS mapping
