About Us We are a growing mental performance and therapy practice focused on helping athletes, teams, and high‑performing individuals improve their mental health and performance. We work with youth, high‑school, collegiate, and elite athletes, providing therapy, mental performance coaching, and team‑based services. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, entry‑level Account Executive to support our growth by building relationships and helping connect athletes, families, and organizations with our services. This role is ideal for someone interested in sports, psychology, business development, or healthcare, and looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing practice. You will be trained—no prior sales experience required. Key Responsibilities Reach out to schools, teams, and local organizations Build relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and parents Represent the practice in the community Client Support & Intake Help guide new clients through onboarding Respond to inquiries and connect clients with the right provider Support scheduling and coordination Partnership Development Assist in developing partnerships with sports programs and organizations Help organize workshops, team sessions, and events Marketing Support Support outreach campaigns and local engagement efforts Attend events, games, and community activities as needed Administrative & Tracking Track outreach efforts and client inquiries Maintain organized records of leads and partnerships Ideal Candidate Interested in sports, psychology, healthcare, or business Strong communicator and relationship‑builder Organized and reliable Comfortable talking to new people and being in community settings Self‑starter who takes initiative Preferred (Not Required) Background in athletics, coaching, or sports environments Experience working with people (customer service, internships, etc.) Interest in pursuing a career in sport psychology, therapy, or business What You’ll Gain Hands‑on experience in a growing sport psychology practice Exposure to athletes, teams, and healthcare systems Mentorship and professional development Clear pathway to growth (e.g., Partnerships, Operations, or Marketing roles) Success Metrics Number of outreach connections made New client inquiries generated Partnerships supported Client experience and responsiveness Why This Role This is an opportunity to break into the world of sports, mental performance, and healthcare business—and grow with a company that is scaling quickly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
