We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who thrives in the comments and DMs, building relationships, driving conversations, and turning everyday interactions into brand growth. This role is less about graphic design and more about strategy, engagement, and community building. If you enjoy analyzing what works, interacting with audiences daily, and creating meaningful social conversations, this role is for you.

This is a full-time job for a fast-growing, community-based events brand. The Community hosts transformational gatherings in Austin for entrepreneurs, creators, and conscious leaders. Their events are all about meaningful connection, great energy, and smooth execution — creating spaces where inspiring people come together to grow, connect, and thrive.

Latin America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

Own the social media engagement and community strategy for the brand

Manage and respond to DMs, comments, tags, and story interactions daily

Build authentic relationships with followers and potential customers through conversations

Identify engagement opportunities and turn them into community growth

Monitor conversations and trends within the niche

Interact with aligned creators, pages, and communities to expand reach

Collaborate on content direction and messaging strategy

Spot patterns in audience behavior and recommend content improvements

Track engagement metrics and optimize interaction strategies

Help turn social conversations into loyal followers and brand advocates

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

Proven experience managing social media engagement and communities

Strong ability to manage DMs and conversations at scale

Deep understanding of Instagram / TikTok engagement dynamics

Strong written communication and conversational tone

Experience building authentic relationships with online audiences

Ability to analyze engagement patterns and audience behavior

Highly organized and self-driven

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced digital environment

Experience with social media analytics tools

Experience supporting influencer or creator communities

Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization
