What your new challenge will look like
Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid media, events, and content channels
Own campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution
Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams to align campaigns to messaging, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies
Manage relationships with external vendors and paid media partners, including briefing, execution oversight, and performance optimization
Partner with sales and sales enablement teams to develop campaign assets, messaging, and supporting materials
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, operations, analytics, sales) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations for optimization
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all campaign touchpoints
Support A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Why you belong at 4flow
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. 8+ years of experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, or demand generation
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience working with paid media vendors and external agencies
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise marketing environments preferred.
