Location: Hudson Yards, NYC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Compensation: $28–$30/hour Duration: Ongoing contract Our client is a globally recognized luxury fashion brand within a major portfolio of designer labels , known for its strong digital presence and customer-first marketing strategy. They are seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to support email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. This is a highly execution-focused role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment . Responsibilities Execute end-to-end email campaigns across retail and outlet channels, including briefing, QA, scheduling, and post-send updates Support SMS campaign execution , including copy input, segmentation, testing, scheduling, and real-time updates Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely campaign deployment Own day-to-day communication with coding and platform partners to ensure assets are delivered correctly and on time Collaborate with eCommerce and marketing teams to validate promotions and campaign details Maintain campaign documentation and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines Manage last-minute changes with accuracy and urgency Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in email, CRM, or retention marketing (eCommerce preferred) Exposure to ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cordial, or Bluecore is a plus Experience supporting SMS campaigns is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency in Excel and working with data preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Proactive, organized, and able to navigate ambiguity #J-18808-Ljbffr
