Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Foremost, Florida, NY, United States

Plants are our business, but relationships are our superpower. We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator who can help bring our products, people, and brand to life through smart, well‑executed marketing campaigns. You’ll be the person helping turn ideas into real campaigns that reach customers through email, social media, website content, and SMS. If you love organizing projects, writing great content, keeping multiple moving pieces on track, and making marketing actually work (not just look pretty), you’ll fit right in. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being both creative and operational — someone who can write a great email in the morning, launch a campaign in the afternoon, and still have time to laugh with the team before the day ends. What You’ll Do

Bring Campaigns to Life

Coordinate and launch marketing campaigns across email, social media, website updates, and SMS. Keep campaign timelines organized so everything goes live when it should. Help support seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives. Create Content That Connects

Write and edit marketing content including emails, social posts, website updates, and promotional materials. Create and update product sheets, plant guides, and marketing assets. Develop short‑form marketing videos and social media content using Canva and CapCut. Coordinate design projects with outside vendors, ensuring quality, deadlines, and brand consistency. Help keep our brand voice consistent across everything we publish. Support the Sales Team

Build campaign materials that help the sales team communicate promotions clearly. Work closely with sales, growers, and operations to make sure product information and availability are accurate. Support marketing efforts tied to customer events and industry trade shows. Use Data (and AI) to Work Smarter

Monitor how campaigns perform across email, social media, and website traffic. Track results and help identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions. Use AI tools to support content development, campaign planning, and workflow efficiency. Assist with testing ideas like subject lines, messaging, send times, and calls‑to‑action. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required). 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or marketing campaigns. Hands‑on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar platforms) to support marketing workflows, content creation, or campaign planning. Experience creating and editing graphic and short‑form video content using Canva and CapCut. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong writing and editing skills (clear, engaging, and detail‑oriented). Experience working with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools. Excellent organization and project management skills. Ability to physically walk in the greenhouse and be both heat and cold tolerant. Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 20lbs; squat, bend, pull and push, and climb stairs. Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in horticulture, agriculture, nursery, or landscaping industries. Experience with SMS marketing or CRM platforms. Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance tracking. What Success Looks Like

Campaigns launch smoothly and support our sales initiatives. Marketing materials are clear, helpful, and consistent with our brand. The sales team has the tools they need to communicate promotions confidently. Each campaign teaches us something that helps the next one perform even better. A Little About Us
