Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

About the Role 100% remote, work-from-home position for a large insurance agency that is rapidly expanding throughout the Midwest, South, and Mid-Atlantic. Open due to a retirement, the SeniorCommercial Insurance Account Manager assumes a legacy book of business that is primarily middle market in industries such as real estate, construction, technology, and healthcare. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the client’s risk portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvements and answering questions about billing, policy changes, renewals, claims, etc. Support renewal efforts; gather information, complete applications, monitor timelines, and work with underwriters to secure quotes. Prepare summaries and proposals. Review policy documents. Work closely with account reps to ensure accuracy and responsiveness on certificates, ID cards, etc. Skills & Experience Five or more years of commercial insurance industry experience in a similar client management/account service role.
