At HLK, Media Planners turn business strategy into tangible results with precision, agility, and a deep belief that measurement matters. In this role, you’ll create paid media strategy in partnership with buyers through building plans, owning reporting, and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and purposefully. You’ll work closely with the Media Supervisor, Media Director, Buyers, Consumer Experience team, and Operations to activate your media strategy and mine performance insights for account teams and clients. You’re passionate about creating sound media strategy and presenting your work to colleagues, executives, and clients.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of media plans aligned to client objectives and Consumer Experience strategy, partnering with buyers to bring them to life.
Build POVs, projections, and scenario analyses to guide investment decisions.
Monitor pacing, budgets, and campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.
Manage multiple budgets and projects across numerous documents and tools with accuracy and attention to detail.
Prepare performance and recommendation decks; present your strategy with confidence and sound logic to clients.
Partner with Media Buying, Consumer Experience, Account Management, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
Planning across both digital (paid social, programmatic, search, online video) and traditional media (broadcast, print, out-of-home), with an understanding of how channels work together within a full-funnel strategy.
Maintain organized documentation, reports, and flowcharts.
