TAXNETUSA | Tyler, TX (In Office) | Full-Time TAXNETUSA is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing SaaS customers. This post-sales role focuses on customer success, renewals, retention, and upselling. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact after the sale and act as a trusted advisor to your accounts. What You’ll Do Become an expert in the TAXNETUSA software platform Manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing customer education Drive renewals, expansions, and upsells Conduct renewal meetings and negotiate pricing when appropriate Maintain regular communication via email, phone, and Zoom Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams What We’re Looking For Experience with SaaS or software-based products Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer-first mindset with excellent organization Comfortable presenting and training users remotely Experience with renewals or account growth preferred Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 + commission OTE: $75,000–$100,000+ Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays Training and professional growth opportunities Additional Details In-office role in Tyler, TX 60-day trial period for onboarding and role alignment Join TAXNETUSA and play a key role in helping customers succeed while driving long-term growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
