Job Description
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, managing relationships with Category or Program Managers at Key Accounts, analyzing performance data, studying trends and recommending adjustments, creating marketing and advertising programs to grow sales and improve ramp up rate, providing constant feedback and training on industry updates, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop relationship with a portfolio of Key Accounts for organic and YoY growth
Acquire a thorough understanding of Key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Serve as a link of communication between Key customers and internal teams
Ensure the correct deliverables are delivered to Key Accounts in a timely manner
Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns
Get Key Account to participate in, and improve upon, in-house promotions and marketing
Engage with Key Account 2-3 times a week via phone; schedule in-person appointments quarterly
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using Key Account metrics
Ride along and coach CSM team monthly
Review documentation and tasks that team performs for accuracy
Monitor salesforce activity and key metrics for individual CSMs
Build relationship with Sales Ops and BDMs and continue to bring optimizations in to all cross‑functional groups
Manage members of the CSM team, to increase the rate of transition from competitor accounts to Accel accounts
Coach, develop and support field team members for career growth and job satisfaction
Communicate and provide guidance on updates, processes and education on market information/trends

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
1-3 years of experience in account management (Key Accounts a plus)
Advanced problem resolution skills and negotiations
Ability to create and manage marketing initiatives
Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match with appropriate products and services
Ability to create processes and mold internal departments to meet customer needs
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Core computer and Microsoft Office competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
Versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Minimum of 21 years of age
Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board

Analyze financial data and calculate figures and amounts
Frequently required to travel via vehicle
Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear
Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including use of a keyboard
Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
Occasionally required to lift/push weights up to 20 pounds
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Base Pay Range
$60,000 - $75,000
