Business Development Representative Position Overview We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on opening doors and creating opportunities that drive growth. Your mission is to generate demand, qualify opportunities, and book appointments with decision-makers. You’ll research prospects, build relationships, understand their pain points, and engage in conversations around cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI, and automation products and services. Responsibilities Helping businesses understand how our solutions can solve their challenges. Research and engage potential clients through multiple channels. Build rapport and establish trust with key decision-makers. Identify pain points early, present ideas and position our solutions effectively. Understand market trends and business operations. Book appointments and collaborate between internal and external teams. Consistently hit or exceed agreed-upon targets. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to build rapport and build relationships with clients. Ability to convey information about our business in a positive and professional manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a proactive mindset. Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Qualifications Required 2+ Years of experience in a quota-driven outbound sales role. Experience generating qualified appointments with decision-makers. Knowledge of CRM to manage pipeline, tasks, and follow-ups. Experience executing multi-touch outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) Preferred Experience selling B2B technology solutions (Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Cloud, AI, Automation) Experience selling into SMB or mid-market organizations (25–500 employees) Experience using ConnectWise, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/PSA tools This position offers the chance to work with wonderful people on cutting-edge projects.
