Position Overview We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on opening doors and creating opportunities that drive growth. Your mission is to generate demand, qualify opportunities, and book appointments with decision‑makers. You’ll research prospects, build relationships, understand their pain points, and engage in conversations around cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI, and automation products and services. Responsibilities Help businesses understand how our solutions can solve their challenges. Research and engage potential clients through multiple channels. Build rapport and establish trust with key decision‑makers. Identify pain points early, present ideas and position our solutions effectively. Understand market trends and business operations. Book appointments and collaborate between internal and external teams. Consistently hit or exceed agreed‑upon targets. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients. Ability to convey information about our business in a positive and professional manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and a proactive mindset. Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or marketing. 3–5 years of experience in appointment setting and lead generation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar systems is preferred. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred. Experience with scheduling tools is preferred. Experience with sales engagement platforms is preferred.
