Business Development Representative - Financial Services

Please note that we're only considering candidates who reside in the following states: Georgia Maine Massachusetts Wisconsin Compensation: $75,000-$105,000/year base compensation and uncapped, variable commission structure for total target compensation from $150,000 to $200,000 plus Availability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm As a Business Development Representative , you are the bridge between a prospect’s current challenges and our expert solutions. You will manage a warm pipeline, identify advisor needs, and close new business engagements. Duties & Responsibilities: Consultative Growth: Move beyond transactional sales. You will uncover both stated and unstated needs of financial advisors, offering tailored solutions that help them achieve long‑term business goals. Relationship Architecture: Build and nurture deep connections with potential clients and industry partners. Collaborative Strategy: Partner with our Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to refine messaging based on what you’re hearing on the front lines. Subject Matter Expertise: Become a student of the industry. You’ll deliver high-level content via Zoom and industry conferences, explaining "Why change?" and "Why now?" Qualifications: Experience in financial services required (financial advisors landscape preferred) 4+ years of business development, account executive, or sales experience is preferred BSc/BA in business, finance, psychology, communication, marketing, or related areas. Demonstrable history of achieving sales results Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and HubSpot strongly preferred Understanding of financial market dynamics, including demographics CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
