About the Role
The Brand Manager is responsible for managing relationships with assigned brand partners and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. This role helps guide projects from development through production while maintaining strong communication, meeting timelines, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with brand partners and clients.
Coordinate development activities, including sample follow-up and wash approvals.
Monitor production timelines and delivery schedules.
Communicate updates between clients and internal teams.
Work closely with development, production, and logistics teams.
Assist in resolving production or quality issues.
Support the retention and growth of existing brand accounts.
Key Objectives
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Ensure projects move efficiently from development to production.
Support on-time production and delivery performance.
Strengthen long-term brand partnerships.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in apparel development, production coordination, account management, or customer service.
Experience working with fashion brands, denim brands, or apparel manufacturers preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally with development, production, and logistics teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
