Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $85,000 Incentive bonus program to reward commitment Flexible spending accounts and 401(K) savings plan with company match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for career advancement and promotion from within Work from anywhere on designated days, enhancing work-life balance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Collaborate with Sr. Art Directors and Creative Director on seasonal editorial campaigns for the A&F brand Support pre-production planning for photoshoots, including mood board compilation and model casting Assist in post-production by finalizing photography edits and organizing imagery across various platforms Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the broader creative team, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling Maintain organization of casting, image, and location databases for current and future projects What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Design, Photography, Advertising, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of art direction experience in fashion retail or a related industry On-set photoshoot experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Keynote, Figma, and Mural Strong communication and presentation skills, with a detail-oriented and adaptable approach How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams A passion for current trends in fashion, photography, social media, and culture Willingness to travel for key meetings and photoshoots We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
