To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to: Responsible for maintenance department safety, quality, production and delivery objectives in his/her are responsibility. Provide the proactive leadership necessary to achieve and maintain a continuous improvement mind set for the team. Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team. Participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities (ex. 8D reports, department meetings, etc.) Responsible for ensuring the entire team has the necessary tools and materials to properly perform their roles safely and efficiently. This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Manager. Required experience Bachelors Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred or eight (8) years of work experience. Minimum of six (6) years as a maintenance supervisor preferred.
