Responsibilities Develop, design, and creating new applications, teaching materials, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. Keep up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics.

Perform general physical activities includes doing activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Analyze information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Operate machinery to assist in the production process. Assist in loading and off-loading of raw materials.
Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required.
Operate warehouse tools and equipment.
Operate Cranes.
Operate electrical testing equipment.
Perform equipment maintenance as needed
Learn to crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, weld, solder, cement, press fit, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
Learn to mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panel.
Learn to connect component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points. Learn to install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
Learn to assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies.
Learn simple machine set ups that do not require a technician.
Learn to perform preventative maintenance on the automated assembly machinery.
Learn to adjust or trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
Learn to perform online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Learn and teach IEEE and ANSI standards for distribution transformers.
Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.

Learn to read work orders, Manufacturing Routing sheets, Bill of Materials, production drawings and sample assemblies.
Learn to position and align parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
Use either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes (not including computers or vehicles).
Use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
Training in all areas of manufacturing will be necessary; factory experience will be required to train and support our customers' field personnel.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing or administration.
Forklift Certified.
Prior experience in production related work.
Knowledge of the structure and content of a Spanish including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar, and pronunciation.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words and rules of composition and grammar.
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques of maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Perform skills test on cranes, hand tools, table saw, drill press, lathes, jigsaw, band saw and soldering.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Employee will need several years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training.
