Business Development & Marketing Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GA A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support strategic business development initiatives in its Atlanta office. This role works closely with partners and firm leadership to help drive client development efforts, execute targeted initiatives, and coordinate high-impact client engagement activities. About This Opportunity Join a top-ranked international law firm with a highly respected business development team Work closely with partners and senior leadership on strategic client initiatives Opportunity to support client development strategies, relationship building, and targeted events High exposure to attorneys, leadership, and key firm initiatives Collaborative team environment with strong long-term career growth potential Key Responsibilities Support partners and practice groups in executing business development and client development initiatives Assist with identifying client targets and strategic growth opportunities Coordinate client engagement initiatives, including client events, programs, and meetings Develop invitation lists and support client outreach efforts Track business development activities and client interactions through the firm’s CRM system Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal business development materials Help manage timelines and ensure business development initiatives move forward efficiently Collaborate with internal marketing and business development teams on firmwide initiatives Support budgeting and tracking of business development programs and events Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or client development within a law firm or professional services environment Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive projects forward independently Experience interacting with senior professionals, partners, or executives Strong communication and relationship management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or InterAction is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a confident, proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative professional services environment and enjoys partnering with attorneys to help advance strategic client initiatives.
