About The Role
Adobe Customer Solutions is seeking an Adoption Digital Strategist – AI Transformation to support enterprise clients as they evolve their operating models, organizational structures, and ways of working to enable AI at scale. This role is ideal for a transformation practitioner with strong analytical and organizational design skills who is passionate about how AI reshapes team structures, decision rights, governance, and execution models. The Adoption Digital Strategist partners with senior strategists and program leaders to design and implement future-state operating models that support sustainable AI adoption.
What You’ll Do
Support AI Operating Model Design
Contribute to future-state operating model design for AI-enabled organizations
Analyze current-state organizational structures, governance, and workflows
Map decision rights, accountability structures, and cross-functional processes
Support the design of new roles, team structures, and capability models required for AI adoption
Help define governance forums and escalation pathways
Drive Organizational Design & Ways of Working
Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to assess organizational readiness
Develop org design options, RACI matrices, and role clarity documentation
Identify structural barriers to AI adoption and propose practical redesign solutions
Support implementation of new operating rhythms and collaboration models
Help align marketing, digital, IT, data, and operations functions around shared AI objectives
Enable Program-Level Adoption
Translate AI strategy into practical operating model components for Adobe Products
Support adoption planning across workstreams and business units
Identify adoption risks tied to organizational design gaps
Partner with program management to embed operating model changes into overall governance
Support Executive & Leadership Engagement
Prepare executive-ready power points outlining operating model recommendations
Support visioning and design workshops focused on AI organizational implications
Communicate complex organizational concepts clearly and practically
Present workstream outputs with confidence and structure
Measure & Sustain Adoption
Define operating model success metrics (role clarity, decision velocity, governance effectiveness)
Support tracking of AI usage and behavioral shifts tied to structural changes
Contribute to governance mechanisms that institutionalize AI-enabled ways of working
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in digital transformation, operating model design, organizational design, and top tier Management Consulting experience
Experience supporting enterprise or multi-workstream transformation programs
Working knowledge of organizational design frameworks and governance models
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate strategy into structural recommendations
Clear written and verbal communication skills and expert level power point design skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise transformation teams
Exposure to AI-enabled transformation programs
Prosci ADKAR certification / Adobe DX /DME experience
