We are hiring one Key Account Manager in the United States and one in Canada to support our North America growth strategy.
You will own key customer relationships, drive revenue expansion, and ensure execution excellence across the region.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned key accounts across America/Canada
Develop account plans to drive revenue, margin, and category expansion
Lead commercial negotiations and annual business reviews
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution
Monitor sales performance, forecast accurately, and manage pipeline visibility
Maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales
Experience handling regional or national accounts in the US or Canada
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
Proven track record of revenue growth and account expansion
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong analytical skills (comfortable with sales data and reporting tools)
