Job Title: Entry‑Level Business Development We offer a base salary of $50,000 and a competitive first‑year OTE of $70,000 (Base + Commission). This role is located in Richardson, TX. Your success directly leads to the company’s success. Build the Foundation : Research and prospect high‑value leads using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build a robust pipeline. Lead with Insight : Become a subject‑matter expert on the client’s offering to engage C‑level executives and qualify critical business pain points. Multi‑Channel Engagement : Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach campaigns—including personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted LinkedIn messaging. Drive Revenue : Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to revenue targets. Process Excellence : Embrace feedback and master industry best practices and internal sales workflows through comprehensive training.
