You'll independently manage customer relationships, uncover and create new opportunities, and lead commercial activity across your assigned territory or accounts—with the autonomy to run your business your way. While you report to the Director of Revenue, you'll partner closely with a Senior Account Lead who serves as a strategic sounding board and closer on complex deals—giving you support without taking away accountability. This is a role for an entrepreneurial, self-directed seller who builds their own plan, manages their own time, and consistently finds ways to win and hit their number.

Opportunity Creation & Pipeline Ownership
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities across service, repair, and capital projects
Maintain a disciplined, forward-looking pipeline that supports consistent quota attainment

Lead opportunity execution from discovery through close for assigned deals
Drive customer discussions, scope definition, and value positioning
Own pricing discussions and negotiations within established guidelines, escalating as appropriate
Collaboration with Senior Account Lead
Partner with the Senior Account Lead for guidance on deal strategy, account positioning, and complex negotiations
