Qualifications Ability to build relationships and engage with senior-level stakeholders Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Capable of multi-tasking and following up when responses are needed Creative thinker, comfortable exploring uncharted territory when setting recommendations and goals Solutions-oriented problem solver Dynamic leader able to overcome obstacles and objections Understands the value of listening to customers, gaining insights, and driving objectives forward P&L management experience and strong financial acumen Deep understanding of assigned customer base and ability to develop demand creation plans Ability to negotiate effectively with business partners Approximate pay range: $100,000 to $130,000 (may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and location) Performance-based incentives and competitive total rewards package, including 401k match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits Incentives and benefits may vary depending on position Responsibilities Drive achievement of forecast and budget within a specific division while instituting strategic business plans that integrate, align, and achieve business goals Lead commercialization business planning processes, influencing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and planning efforts to drive business success Serve as liaison between sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners, providing the voice of the customer Influence marketing and brand strategies while providing retailer and competitive insights to internal teams Manage special projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Develop analytics and insights to support marketing strategy, prepare timelines, communicate plans, and conduct collaborative planning cycles with customer teams Coordinate key strategies, insights, and initiatives between field and internal teams, ensuring alignment across major functions Develop and manage promotional programs, including special packs and in-store displays, while monitoring and reporting performance results Partner with internal teams to execute revenue growth management strategies to drive topline and bottom-line growth Provide leadership on product, pricing, promotion, and placement strategies by analyzing trends, developing insights, and implementing improvements Influence business processes related to pricing, trade promotions, category management, and inventory management, collaborating with marketing, supply chain, trade, and finance teams Develop and execute trade-related expenses and evaluate strategies to improve P&L performance Create and influence assortment and merchandising recommendations Conduct regular communication sessions between internal cross-functional and sales teams to ensure alignment and accountability on forecast attainment, budget, business planning, and trade objectives Provide support and insight for retailer business and new item reviews Develop and present customer, category, and brand reviews to drive performance Ensure execution of plans through consistent communication and interaction with customer teams About Accurate Personnel Do you need your next job fast?
