SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
Technology affinity
Deep knowledge of how to sell IT services, solutions and licenses
Strong written and verbal skills in English
2-4 years proven overall work experience selling Microsoft licenses, IT services and solutions
Preferably having Microsoft certifications: MS-900 or higher
Understanding Microsoft Cloud solutions
Self-Management and Time-Management
Negotiation capabilities
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities
MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing sales strategies as a Sales Executive within designated markets
Collaborating closely with the Inova Solutions Marketing Team to generate brand new leads
Effectively transforming prospective leads into viable opportunities
Facilitating seamless communication and coordination between customers and Inova Solutions' Technology Professionals
Meeting and surpassing financial targets and other key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements impacting our customers’ sectors
Demonstrating proficiency in managing relationships with C‑Suite executives
Adhering to all Inova Solutions' policies, procedures and administrative protocols
Taking the lead in generating and managing the entire sales and account management lifecycle for customers
Cultivating and nurturing key customer relationships while actively pursuing new business prospects in the Puerto Rican market
Assisting with activities related to the Customer Care Program
Maintaining consistent and effective communication channels with customers
Successfully achieving and maintaining any certifications outlined in the training plan
Undertaking and complying with any other procedural and or administrative responsibilities and or obligations
Any other activity related to the position.
