Build Powerful Relationships Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers, utilities, contractors, and industrial leaders.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients to cultivate long-term partnerships.
Lead the Sales Process Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Present technical solutions in a clear, confident, and compelling manner.
Collaborate with engineering, technical, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs.
Expand Market Visibility Leverage industry networks to uncover new opportunities and partnerships.

Identify emerging market trends and position the company to capitalize on new opportunities.
Deliver Results Achieve defined business development and revenue goals.
Track and manage pipeline activity and sales performance.
