What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage the sales process within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market

Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers

Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposal strategies that meet customer requirements

Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities

Develop and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted

Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry

Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, and renewable energy developers

Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles

Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, modular buildings, or integrated solutions

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including presentation abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities
