Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S. Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and attend events #ElectricalInfrastructure #SalesOpportunity #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #InnovativeSolutions We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
