What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.
Cultivate relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
Partner with independent manufacturer representatives to align sales strategies with company objectives
Develop and deliver customer presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition
Maintain market awareness and provide accurate sales forecasting and strategic planning contributions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience with Industrial power generation, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage long sales cycles
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, and integrated solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
