What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.

Cultivate relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers to drive sales

Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer needs

Actively prospect and qualify new sales opportunities while enhancing existing customer relationships

Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to strategic business planning sessions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience

Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry

Proven experience with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, and renewable energy developers

Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles

Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems

Experience in leading and aligning performance with rep agencies

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in various formats
