What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and manage the sales process for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.
Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities
Drive sales pipeline development through prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience working with Industrial power generation, EPCs, and renewable energy developers
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
Demonstrated leadership in aligning rep agency performance and partnerships
Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
