What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and manage sales efforts within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market

Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers

Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposal strategies

Drive sales pipeline development and actively prospect for new opportunities

Maintain market awareness and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted

Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry

Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers

Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles

Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, modular buildings, or integrated solutions

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
