Pay: $50,000 - 55,000 per year + commission Position: Business Development Representative Location: Tulsa, OK Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Position Overview Addison Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our client partnerships and drive new business opportunities. This role is responsible for generating new client relationships through proactive outreach, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects, and enjoys building meaningful business relationships. This individual will play a key role in growing Addison Group’s presence in the market by connecting companies with top talent solutions. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and research prospective clients through market research, networking, and industry resources Conduct daily outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with decision-makers to understand their hiring needs Business Development & Client Acquisition Develop new business through consistent prospecting, relationship building, and strategic outreach Establish relationships with executives, hiring managers, and HR leaders across target organizations Present Addison Group’s staffing and consulting services to prospective clients Identify client workforce challenges and recommend tailored talent solutions Account Management & Relationship Building Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify additional hiring needs Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality candidates and ensure successful placements Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insight into hiring trends and workforce solutions Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities through consistent prospecting efforts Track all sales activities, outreach, and client interactions within CRM systems Meet or exceed individual sales targets, outreach metrics, and revenue goals Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage key accounts and industries Qualifications 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, staffing, or a high-volume outbound calling environment Comfortable with daily cold calling and outbound prospecting Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
