
Digital Content & Marketing Manager Bronx and Banco – New York

Bronx and Banco is seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Content & Marketing Manager to support brand growth across digital platforms, social media, e-commerce, and brand communications. This role will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director and collaborate across design, PR, and sales teams.
We are looking for someone with strong fashion sensibility, excellent writing skills, and the ability to execute and manage digital storytelling at a high level.
Key Responsibilities Social & Digital Content Support and execute brand social media strategy across Instagram and digital platforms
Plan and schedule content including campaigns, launches, fashion week, and brand moments
Oversee daily posting, captions, and visual storytelling aligned with brand voice
Monitor engagement, DMs, and community interaction
Identify growth opportunities and improve performance across platforms
Marketing & Brand Communications Assist with marketing campaigns, launches, and collaborations
Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, website, and brand communications
Support brand storytelling and messaging across all channels
Coordinate with PR and partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities
Content Creation & Campaign Support Work with photographers, stylists, and creative teams on content production
Assist in planning shoots and digital campaigns
Organize and manage content libraries and assets
Ensure all content aligns with Bronx and Banco brand identity
Website & E-commerce Support Assist with website updates and product uploads
Help manage content folders and digital asset organization
Support newsletter and email marketing execution
Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams on product storytelling
Collaboration & Operations Work closely with Founder and internal teams to align on brand direction
Maintain organized marketing calendars and content plans
Support special projects, launches, and events including Fashion Week
Ensure deadlines and brand standards are consistently met
Ideal Candidate 3–6 years experience in fashion digital marketing or content
Strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Visual eye and understanding of luxury/contemporary fashion
Experience with Instagram, content planning, and brand storytelling
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented
Comfortable working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Bonus Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
Email marketing experience
Graphic/design sensibility
Fashion week or campaign experience
