Phoenix, AZ | $100,000–$120,000 Base Salary + Commission The Opportunity A well-established pavement services company is expanding into the Arizona market and needs a seasoned sales professional to help build their Phoenix presence from the ground up. This is a commercial-focused role — no residential — targeting property managers, property owners, and industrial and commercial clients across the greater Phoenix area. Why You'll Love This Role $100,000–$120,000 base salary plus commission on closed business Company vehicle and gas card provided Direct opportunity to shape and grow a new regional office — your work here leaves a lasting footprint Your Day-to-Day Prospect, network, and close new commercial asphalt and pavement maintenance contracts across Phoenix and surrounding markets Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, property owners, and commercial and industrial clients Develop accurate estimates and project proposals, with a solid grasp of costing and margin Negotiate contracts that prioritize value, profitability, and lasting client partnerships Partner with operations and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on standard Share market intelligence with leadership to support Arizona growth strategy What We're Looking For Proven sales experience in asphalt paving and pavement maintenance — commercial work specifically Strong background in business development, estimating, and closing Experience working with property managers and property owners Ability to guide clients through the full project lifecycle Solid understanding of project costing and profitability Self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy in a market-building role Ready to Apply?
