Outside Sales & Wholesale Business Development Representative Roland Tire | North Georgia Location: North Georgia (Field‑Based) Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission + performance incentives Employment Type: Full‑Time About the Role Roland Tire is seeking a driven, self‑motivated Outside Sales & Business Development professional to help us build, establish, and grow our wholesale and commercial tire business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and growing accounts from the ground up. You will be responsible for calling on contractors, trucking companies, fleets, municipalities, and other commercial customers, while also helping design sales programs, promotions, and advertising initiatives to support growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a wholesale and commercial customer base Prospect and call on: Trucking companies & fleets Contractors & construction companies Local businesses & industrial accounts Government, state, and municipal accounts Build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers Create and present customized pricing programs, volume discounts, and service plans Assist in building sales ads, promotions, and marketing programs Work with management to develop growth strategies and new market opportunities Track sales activity, leads, and account progress Represent Roland Tire professionally in the community and marketplace Ideal Candidate Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commercial account management Background in tires, automotive, trucking, construction, or industrial sales (preferred) Strong relationship‑building and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own territory Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals Creative mindset—able to help develop ads, promotions, and business programs Organized, goal‑oriented, and growth‑focused Existing relationships with fleets or contractors is a major plus What We Offer Opportunity to help build something from the ground up Support from an established, growing local company Room for advancement and leadership as the wholesale division grows A respected brand with strong inventory and service capabilities Why Roland Tire We are a locally owned, growth‑focused company with a strong reputation in North Georgia.
